Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for any paid educational products or programs, and the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational products and programs that Bioalivewipe may offer through or alongside this website. Much of our content is freely available general information; this policy concerns only items you pay for. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this policy

Where we offer a paid product — for example a written guide, a personalised plan, or a structured program — the description, price, and any specific conditions are set out before you complete a purchase. This policy describes the general approach to cancellations and refunds for such purchases by consumers in the Netherlands and the wider European Union.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance within 14 days, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which the contract was concluded for services or digital content, or, for tangible goods, after you receive them. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

3. Digital content and early access

Where a purchase consists of digital content that is supplied immediately, we will ask for your express consent to begin supply before the end of the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. If you do not give that consent, supply will start after the 14-day period, and your right of withdrawal is preserved until then. We will always make this clear at the point of purchase.

4. How to request a refund or withdrawal

To cancel a purchase or request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page or by writing to the postal address below. Include your name, the date of purchase, and the product concerned, so we can identify your order. You may use a clear statement in your own words; a specific form is not required.

5. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, we will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Certain purchases may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, for example digital content that has already been fully supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, or services that have been fully performed at your request within the withdrawal period. Where an exception applies, we will tell you clearly before you buy.

7. Products that are faulty or not as described

If a paid product is faulty, incomplete, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. These rights are separate from and in addition to the right of withdrawal described above, and they are not affected by this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change applies to purchases made after the updated version takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version became effective.
